As a current member of the Board of Trustees, I understand what is involved in the operation of this community. There are many parts that make up the whole community. I feel my background in the private industry, government military and C.I.A. give me a unique advantage to help in the operations of this community.

I have over 30 years of experience in negotiation, administration and performance of contracts for some of the largest corporations such as Lockheed Martin, Foster Wheeler & Honeywell. I understand the dollars and cents of what it takes to successfully run an organization and how to ensure a fair deal is obtained. I have also served as vice president of another community, so I understand how to work with people to get things accomplished.
