From Dee Kropiewnicki: The Travel Committee has two announcements. First, tickets for the Atlantic City trip to see the Drifters are sold out. Second, there will be a bus trip to the Resorts Hotel Casino on September 30th. Tickets are $30, with $18 in slot play. There is a sign up sheet on the Travel bulletin board in the clubhouse.
From Lucy Hubert: The movie, “Wagons East”, starring Richard Lewis and the late, great John Candy in his last role, will be shown on Sunday, July 3rd in the Lions Den. Curtains go up at 2PM!
From Roberta Marvel: The Social Committee will be sponsoring the “Bob Scott Game Show” event on July 9th from 6-10PM. Tickets, which include mixed snacks, water, coffee, tea and dessert, are $25 and will be sold every Monday and Saturday morning through July 4th in the clubhouse. This is your chance to be on a game show. Join us for a fun evening with chance to win up to $500 in cash prizes. Check out the Lions Head South website for more details.
