Hello Lions Head South… Here are your messages for this week…

The following tickets will be sold tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00...

-The Recreation Committee will be selling tickets at $5 each for the last time for the POOLAPALOOZA party on Sunday, September 22nd from 1-5PM.

-The WGA will be hosting a Tricky Tray/Gift Auction to benefit Mary’s Place on September 28th .

Luncheon tickets will be sold for $15. Advance ticket sales for the gift auction will take place on Friday September 27th from 4-7PM.

-The Men’s Club will be selling tickets for the last time at $45 each for their BYOB Dance Party on September 21st at 6:30pm, which includes a DJ and a full buffet.

They will also be selling Mega 50/50 raffle tickets at $5 each.

-The Social Committee will be selling tickets at $27 for their Halloween Murder Mystery, FrankenMurder, to be held on October 12th at 7PM. Tickets include coffee and dessert.

In other news…

-The first rehearsal for the holiday season concert of the Lions Head South Chorus will be held on Tuesday, September 24th from 1:30-3:00pm.

All residents are welcome to join this fun group, and there are no auditions to join.

-The Clubhouse Committee asks anyone using the kitchen to complete the checklist located on the kitchen wall when you are finished.

Return the checklist to the clubhouse folder in the mail room.

-The Architectural Committee will be starting their fall walk through inspections.

Also, if you removed a tree in 2023 and have not yet replaced it,

now is the time to do so, before sprinklers are turned off.

-The Lions Head Country Club’s Annual Tournament on September 28th has several spots still available for golf or lunch. Call 732-477-7277 or check the clubhouse bulletin board.

Also, if you are interested in joining the Board of Directors for 2025, you are asked to stop by the Pro Shop.

-The WGA is sponsoring a cancer walk benefitting Mary’s Place by the Sea, on Saturday, October 12th at 10am.

Suggested donation is $15. Registration forms can be found in the Pride.
