From the Board of Trustees: Please plan to attend the ACC meeting tomorrow, November 14th at 7PM. This is an important meeting since information concerning the proposed pool will be discussed.

From the Administrator’s Office: Brick Township Fall Leaf Collection for our community will be held November 21st-25th and December 26th-30th. Leaves should be bagged and left at the curb by 6am. Please call the Department of Public Works for further information.

From the Circle of Friends Committee: St. Martha’s Church will be preparing hot Thanksgiving meals for the homebound. If you are interested, please contact Greg Sternberg at 908-309-6268 and leave a message. The deadline for participation is November 18th. Greg and the Circle of Friends members will be distributing the meals.

From Carol Powell: Due to the publisher’s holiday schedule, all articles for the January 2023 Lions Pride will be needed by Monday, November 28th. Please call Carol with any questions or problems.

From Clara Ciuffo-Clarke: The Women’s Club will meet this Wednesday, November 16th, at 12 noon in the Lions Den. Callers will be in touch to get a count for the fried chicken luncheon… or you may bring your own. A guest speaker and a friend from Seeing Eye Dog Association will attend. Also, if you plan to attend the Holiday Luncheon at Villa Victoria on December 14th at noon, please bring a check for $45 payable to Lions Head South Association.

From Kathy Fagan: Our 40th Anniversary Celebration continues with a video presentation of Lions Head South productions from years ago that will be shown next Sunday, November 20th at 2PM in the Lions Den. Coffee and cake will be provided.

From Lucy Hubert: The movie “Elvis” will be shown on November 27th at 2PM in the Lions Den.

From the WGA: The annual holiday and awards luncheon will be held on Wednesday, November 30th at 12Noon at the Grenville in Bayhead. Tickets for WGA members and their guests will be sold on Mondays or through Marcene Talty.

From Don Antonelli: Registration for the Men’s Club holiday party at the American Legion in Toms River will continue tomorrow morning. Tickets are free to members and $55 for all others. Members must register. The full buffet dinner includes beer, wine, soda and dessert. Entertainment will be provided by Steve and Debbie. Also, there are a few weeks left to buy Mega 50/50 raffle tickets at $5 each.
