ROBOCALL - 12-30-22

As previously mentioned, due to the New Year holiday, your robocall message will be delivered tonight so as not to disturb our holiday celebrations...


From the Administrator’s Office: A reminder that the office will be closed on Monday, January 2nd for the New Year holiday. Also, a reminder that the office will remain closed on Thursdays during the month of January. And last, If you haven’t already done so, maintenance coupons and envelopes may be picked up from 10-11am on Wednesday, January 4th, Friday, January 6th, and Saturday, January 7th. Please make every effort to pick up your coupons if you have not already done so, in order to submit your maintenance fee correctly and in a timely manner.


From the Board of Trustees: A reminder that residents may attend all of the open Board meetings, the first of which is scheduled for January 9th at 9am. There will also be a residents meeting that evening at 7pm. Please see the calendar in your Lions Pride for all important dates in our community.


From Carol Powell: Articles for the February edition of the Lions Pride are due by Wednesday, January 4th.

From Kathy Fagan: An encore presentation of “Through the Years”, a video of Lions Head South show performances from years ago, will be presented by Tino Yodice on Sunday, January 15th at 2PM in the Lions Den. Admission is free and coffee, cookies and water will be provided.

From Sue Wiss: The WGA will be hosting a bagels and bingo in the clubhouse on Friday, January 20th at 10:30 AM. Doors will open at 9:30 AM. Tickets are $10. Ticket sales will continue on Tuesday, January 3rd and Mondays, January 9th and 16th.

From the Recreation Committee: A New Year’s Eve celebration is planned for tomorrow night from 8PM-1AM. It will be a BYOB event and you are welcome to bring any appetizers you would like to share with your table. Please see the sign-up sheet posted in the clubhouse.

Thank you for listening, everyone. Please remember that trash and recycle pick-ups will again be delayed by one day this week due to the holiday. We wish all of Lions Head South a very happy and healthy 2023 and, as always, have a very pleasant evening.
