From Don Antonelli: Mega 50/50 raffle tickets will continue to be sold tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00. Tickets are $5 each with a potential first prize of $2000.

From Clara Ciuffo-Clarke: The Women’s Club will be selling mums tomorrow morning and at the ACC meeting tomorrow evening. If you want to order and cannot be there at either time, please call Clara at 732-202-6870 with your order or put it in her mailbox at 56 Lauren Lane with your check, phone number and the colors desired. The mums are $7 each.

From Roberta Marvel: The Social Committee has scheduled a Lions Head South Night Club event, to be held on October 22nd. Included in the $38 ticket will be a full buffet dinner and a 3 hour program of music from our favorite artists, including Sinatra… and Elvis in full costume! Tickets sales will begin on September 19th and only 100 tickets will be sold.

From Lee Scaturro: WGA is sponsoring a one mile cancer walk on Saturday, October 1st at 10am around the Lions Head South Community. The $10 registration fee and all donations can be made on Mondays at the clubhouse between 9:30-11:00 or at LHCC any day, or thru the LHS website. All residents and friends are urged to join us. All checks are to be made out to the American Cancer Society. Together we can help fight this dreadful disease.
