From the Lions Pride Editors: Articles for the May edition of the Lions Pride are due to the Pride’s website by Wednesday, April 4th.



From Peggy Comfort: The Women's Golf Association will be selling tickets for the Tee-Off Luncheon every Monday beginning tomorrow morning and through April 18th. The luncheon is for WGA Members, Country Club Members and their guests. The cost of the luncheon is $20.00. The event will be held on Wednesday, April 27th in the Lions Den at noon.


From Lucy Hubert: The movie, “Queen Bees”, starring Helen Burstyn and James Caan will be shown on Sunday, April 3rd at 2PM in the Lions Den. The plot involves a woman who temporarily moves into an adult community where she is not well received by some residents who tend to be clickish… and the fun begins from there.


From Don Antonelli: Tickets for the April 21st Bagels and Bingo event will be sold tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00. Tickets are $10 each. Mega 50/50 raffle tickets will also be sold at $5 each, with a potential first prize of $2,000.


From Roberta Marvel: The Social Committee will be sponsoring a “Sunday Funday” on Sunday, April 24th from 1-5PM. The event will include DJ entertainment, dancing, singing, eating and making new friends. Feel free to bring an instrument and share your talents. Tickets are $10 per person and will go on sale tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00. The ticket price includes mixed subs, chips, salad, snacks, water, coffee and dessert.
