From the Administrator's office:

As required by the Lions Head South By-Laws, the association has contracted with FWH Associates to conduct a Capital Reserve Study. This report will analyze the future costs for replacement of common elements. Common elements are described as those capital items that have a reasonable and predictable useful life.

The FWH associates will be inspecting the following areas… the clubhouse, the country club and golf course, the pool, the tennis courts, the RV lot, the stormwater basins, the retaining wall located behind house #’s 14 through 40 Thames Place, tree evaluations and property line stakeouts.

Please be aware that, due to the extent of the inspection, you may see workers on various sites and properties within Lions Head South for the next couple of weeks. They can be identified by their company trucks which will be in their vicinity.
