Hello Lions Head South… Here are your messages for this week… Please note that ticket sales are from 9:30-11:00 tomorrow morning in the clubhouse. Please check the website and the bulletin boards in the clubhouse for additional details on any event.

From Bob Pedersen: Tickets at $38 each will be sold tomorrow morning for the Night at the Races Beefsteak Dinner on November 11th. Doors open at 5:30. Also, please reserve your place tomorrow morning for the Men’s Club Holiday Party, to be held at the American Legion Post in Toms River on December 5th. Tickets will also be sold tomorrow morning for the 2023 Mega 50/50 raffle.

From Carol Powell: Articles for the December issue of the Lions Pride are due to the Pride’s email address, lionspridepub@lionsheadsouth.com, no later than Monday, November 6th.

From Phil DeCarlo: The Lions Head Country Club Scramble will be held on November 7th. Please sign up on or before November 2nd.

From Tia Katakozinos: The Security Committee reminds all residents that Daylight Savings time begins on November 5th. That means it is also time to check the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in your home. Working smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors save lives.

From Lynn Adams: The Recreation Committee reminds residents that Tuesday, October 31st is the last day to sign up for our indoor recreation clinic and game fun scheduled for Tuesday, November 28th at 6:30pm in the Lions Den. This will be a BYOB event with food, dessert and coffee. Sign-up is required. Please see the bulletin board in the clubhouse. Lastly, come with $5 to join in on the raffle fun.
