Hello Lions Head South… Here are your messages for this week. Please note that ticket sales are from 9:30 – 11;00 tomorrow morning in the clubhouse. Please check the website and the bulletin boards in the clubhouse for additional details on any event.
From Marie Castellano: Tickets at $40 each will be sold tomorrow morning for the Women’s Club Holiday Luncheon on December 14th.
From Bob Pedersen: Tickets will be sold tomorrow morning for the 2023 Mega 50/50 raffle. Winners will be drawn at the residents meeting on December 4th.
From Dee Kropiewnicki: The Travel Committee will be collecting deposits of $100 per person for the September 2024 Hawaii cruise tomorrow morning. Please make checks payable to AAA. After tomorrow morning, please call Dee if you are interested in the cruise or you may call Kelly Carey at AAA. Her number is 732-262-5361.
From Carol Powell: A reminder that articles for the January 2024 edition of the Lions Pride are due to the Pride’s email address by tomorrow.
From Lee Bruzaitis: The Social Committee reminds residents to sign up for our Christmas Car Parade on December 10th or contact Maureen Benesch for more information. Also, tickets at $5 each for the New Year’s Eve Party on December 31st from 8pm-12:30am will be sold starting next Monday, December 4th.
From Lynn Adams: A reminder that the Recreation Committee will host their Indoor Game Fun Night this Tuesday, November 28th at 6:30 in the Lions Den. Also, a reminder to sign-up on the interest sheet in the clubhouse by November 30th if you are interested in the poll regarding placing kayaks in the RV lot. Please remember that this poll does not guarantee that kayak racks will be purchased.
Finally, we remind all Lions Head South residents that we will be holding our annual Holiday Open House in the Lions Den this coming Saturday, December 2nd at 12 noon. The Lions Head South chorus will perform and a light lunch will follow. Please remember that tickets are not required for this event and it is for residents only. We hope to see you there!
