Hello Lions Head South… Here are your messages for this week. Please note that ticket sales are from 9:30 – 11:00 Tuesday morning in the clubhouse. Please check the website and the bulletin boards for additional details on any event.

From Lee Bruzaitis: The Social Committee invites all residents to a New Years Eve Party on December 31st from 8pm until 12:30am. Tickets are $5 each. The final ticket sale day will be Tuesday, December 26th.

From Margaret DeFillipo: All current Architectural permits (the blue permit issued from the office) will expire on December 31, 2023. If you have an open permit and work has not yet been completed, you must return the

expired blue permit to the office or place it in the mailbox on the office door. A new Architectural application must be submitted in 2024 for all uncompleted work and/or any new work that is being requested.
