Hello Lions Head South…  Here are your messages for this week.  Please note that ticket sales are from 9:30 – 11:00 Tuesday morning in the clubhouse.  Please check the website and the bulletin boards for additional details on any event.

From Sue Wiss: The WGA will be hosting a Friday night bingo on January 26, 2024 at 6:30 PM.  Doors open at 5:30.  Tickets are $10 and include a bingo card, refreshments, water, soda, coffee and desserts. Tickets will be sold this Tuesday as well as on Mondays through January 22.

From Carol Powell:  Articles for the February issue of the Lions Pride are due to the Pride’s email address no later than January 4th.  Please call Carol with any problems or questions.

From Ceil Reinhardt:  Women’s Indoor Shuffleboard will begin again on Friday, January 5th.  The schedule of games is the same as last season.  Please call Ceil with any questions.

From Lucy Hubert:  The movie, “Five People You Meet In Heaven”, starring Jon Voight and Ellyn Burstyn, will be shown on Sunday, January 7th at 2PM in the Lions Den.

From Margaret DeFillipo:  A reminder that all 2023 Architectural permits expire tonight.  If you have an open blue permit and work has not yet been completed, you must return the expired blue permit to the office or place it in the mailbox on the office door, and then submit a new Architectural application for all uncompleted work and/or any new work that is being requested. 

Thank you for listening, everyone.  Please remember that trash collection will be delayed by one day this week due to the holiday.  For those of you who have natural Christmas trees, collection will be conducted by the Brick Township DPW from January 17-19.  We wish all of our Lions Head South friends and neighbors who celebrate a Happy Kwanzaa, and to all a happy and healthy 2024… and, as always, have a very pleasant evening.
