Hello Lions Head South…  Here are your messages for this week.

From the Office:  A reminder to residents that the 2024 HOA fee is $165, not $140.  If you pay online, please inform your bank, and contact the office with any questions.

Also from the Office:  The Lions Den and the Pool Room in the clubhouse will be closed this Thursday and Friday due to treatment for termites.  All activities that use those locations will be cancelled.

Please note that the fitness center parking lot remains closed.  Do not move the cones to enter.

The following tickets will be sold tomorrow morning in the clubhouse from 9:30-11:00…

-The Women’s Club will sell tickets at $10 for their Bingo and lunch event on March 20th. Doors open at 11am.

-The Travel Committee will collect the $100 deposit for the May Niagara Falls trip for the last time.  Tickets will also be sold at $99 for the July 9th Atlantic City trip.

-The Social Committee will sell tickets at $10 for the March 23rd Trivia Challenge.

In other news…

Residents may sign up on the Men’s Club bulletin board in the clubhouse for a Monmouth Park trip at $70 per person.

The Lions Head South Chorus will begin rehearsals for their spring concert on Tuesday, March 12th from 1:30-3:00.  Residents are invited to join in on the fun.

The movie “Double Jeopardy” will be shown in the Lions Den on Sunday, March 17th at 2PM.

Outdoor shuffleboard will begin on Wednesday, April 17th at 6PM.  Sign up tomorrow morning from 9:30-11:00.  Play fee is $10.

A Recreation Work Order Form has been compiled to report all concerns for recreation facilities.  The forms can be found in the Fitness Center and in the clubhouse mail room. Contact Lynn Adams with any questions.
