From Bob Pedersen: Tickets at $5 each will continue to be sold for the 2023 Mega 50/50 Raffle.
From the Lions Pride: Due to the upcoming holiday weekend, articles for the October edition of the Pride are due by September 1st.
From Deb Rodgers: With the approval of the Board of Trustees, the Community Awareness Committee residents that they may participate in the Town-Wide Yard Sale to be held on September 9th from 8am-2pm. You must register with Brick Township to participate. The cost is $5 per home. Some copies of the registration forms are posted on the bulletin board for your convenience or you may also print it yourself from the town website, where you can find additional information. Please note that you must place the items for sale on your driveway or in your garage only. Items may not be placed on the lawn.
From Bonnie Luton: Attention Lions Head South Chorus members only: On Tuesday, September 5th, at 12 noon, Tino will be showing a video of our Spring Show. We hope each chorus member will bring something to share as well as your own beverage. Angela Trilivas will coordinate this event for the chorus so please call Angela at 732-451-2460 and tell her your ideas. Also from Bonnie, our first rehearsal will be on Monday, Sept. 18th at 1:30 pm. Music and rehearsal schedules will be given out. Please remember that all Lions Head South residents are welcome to join our chorus!
From Dee Kropiewnicki: The Travel Committee will be collecting the final amount due tomorrow morning for the October 26th trip to the Tropicana in Atlantic City. The cost is $98 and includes a Neil Diamond tribute show and $25 in slot play. They will also be collecting the balance due for the Lancaster trip in December. A travel representative will be at the clubhouse on Monday morning to collect the checks. Please make checks payable for both trips to STOUTS.
From Lee Bruzaitis: The Social Committee is beginning to plan for next year’s events and they want your input! Please go to the LHS website and take their online survey.
