ROBOCALL - 9/3/23

Hello Lions Head South… Here are your messages for this week… Please note that all ticket sales are from 9:30-11:00am on Tuesday morning in the clubhouse, due to the holiday tomorrow.

From the Board of Trustees: Deconstruction of the pool will begin this Wednesday, September 6th. Construction equipment and material will be placed in the parking lot in front of the Fitness Center and the Bocce Courts. Therefore, parking is prohibited in that location. The Fitness Center will remain open, but you must park your car on the far side of the lot near Lions Head Blvd South or in the clubhouse parking lot.

From Bob Pedersen: Tickets at $5 each will continue to be sold on Tuesday for the 2023 Mega 50/50 Raffle.

From Deb Rodgers: A reminder from the Community Awareness Committee that residents may participate in the Town-Wide Yard Sale to be held on September 9th from 8am-2pm. You must register with Brick Township to participate. Please note that you must place the items for sale on your driveway or in your garage only. Items may not be placed on the lawn.

From Bonnie Luton: A reminder to Lions Head South Chorus members that Tino will be showing a video of our Spring Show on Tuesday, September 5th at 12 noon. Please call Angela Trivilas at 732-451-2460 with any questions.

Also from Bonnie, our first rehearsal will be on Monday, Sept. 18th at 1:30 pm. Please remember that all Lions Head South residents are welcome to join our chorus!

From Ceil Reinhardt: Women's Indoor Shuffleboard will begin on Friday, September 8th. A list of the players and also a schedule for the games are posted on the bulletin in the Clubhouse.

From Lucy Hubert: The movie “Let Him Go”, starring Kevin Costner and Diane Lane will be shown on Sunday, September 10th at 2pm in the Lions Den. It is a 5 star movie that tells the story of grandparents who attempt to rescue their grandson from a dangerous family living off the grid.

From Dee Kropiewnicki: For your safety and security, the Travel Committee is recommending that residents who are going on any trips do not post any information on social media either prior to or during the trip, nor should anyone post any pictures until you return from the trip. You do not want to let anyone know when you will be away from your home.

From Lee Bruzaitis: The Social Committee is beginning to plan for next year’s events and they want your input! Please go to the LHS website and take their online survey.

From Sue Wiss: The Lions Head Country Club has canceled Funday, which was scheduled for September 9th. Refunds will be distributed on Tuesday morning during regularly scheduled times.

Thank you for listening, everyone. Please remember that trash collection will be delayed by one day due to the holiday tomorrow. We hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather during this holiday weekend… and have a very pleasant evening.
